there is no sunshine when the sun is gone

The sun is gone away. There is nothing we can do until April. The only solution is to hide away, grow hair, and keep warm. I'm doing my part. I hope the rest of the humans will also hibernate because I do not want to fall behind in evolution. If I am hibernating (let us be honest with one another... there is no if, I am totally hibernating) and the rest of the world does not, then I will fall behind in the rhinoceros race. In reality it will not matter because I am so far advanced in rhinoceros evolution that I could take a few years off and still be ahead. I better get to packing a basket full of warm little bizkits and hot beverages and then I will be on my way. I will miss you all dearly, but do not worry, I will write from my cave or spider hole.

Hibernate a little for me, will ya? I don't know if I'll be able to get to, so it would save me some time if you went ahead and did it for me.

I look out the window and feel sadness.
Unfortunately, robots like me don't need to hibernate.
Still... I wonder if there is something I'm missing. Perhaps personal feelings of contentment.

I feel like I'm missing a component.
It's so dark.
I wasn't equipped with headlights.

I cannot build another.

I am obsolete.

There AIN'T no sunshine....and I will not be hibernating, but I'll slow down as to not catch up to you and that way you maintain your superiority.

Am I the only one who happens to love Winter and snow? I love having nice, cool weather after a long hot summer. And I'm definitely not going to complain about the humidity level dropping... Guess I'll bask in the cold and see those of you who join the "rhinoceros race" next Spring.
